What: Ground Zero Games East Coast Convention 7
When: February 27-29, 2004
Where: Hotel Brunswick, Lancaster, PA
ECC 7 Preregistration will begin on December 1st, 2003, and will end on
February 6th, 2004.
We have a number of Ground Zero Games, and other miniatures
that we will be used for door prizes at the convention, available
for selection for those who pre-register.
The order in which Jon obtains your preregistration information on December 1st
will determine the order you choose your figure from the selection. If Jon
receive your preregistration prior to December 1st, Jon will flip the time from
12:01 AM Dec. 1st. Thus a November 30th, 9:00 PM e-mail will be treated as a
3:00 AM Dec. 1st e-mail.

- Events you wish to play

Fees (Tentative at this time):
- Weekend Pre-Registration -- $25
- Weekend Door -- $30
- Friday Door -- $5
- Saturday Door -- $20
- Sunday Door -- $5
Payment of the $25 preregistration fee may be made by check or
Paypal. As in previous years, volunteers and
gamemasters will receive a $5 rebate at the conclusion of the
convention. Due to the banking fees associated with international
checks, Canadian attendees are encouraged to use Paypal or pay
the preregistration fee at the door in US currency. E-mail

Convention golf shirts will be available, as in previous years.
They cost $15, payable at the convention. Please let me know
your size if you want one.

Call for Events
If you are interested in attending and preparing an event,
we would like to hear from you in order to layout our schedule of
events. We do not require a lot
of detail right now, but we would like to encourage you to
begin the planning process required for a high quality event.
Please send me an e-mail to Jon
Davis with the following information:
- Proposed title
- Game system to be used (FT, FT Variant, EFSB, DS, SG, PP or FMA)
- Brief scenario description
- Time slot preference
- Number of time slots required
- Special table considerations needed?
- Proposed number of players
Go to the Schedule to see what time slots
are available. Remember, if you run an event, you will save $5 off your
convention fee!
We're also interested in signing up GameMasters who will
run and supervise a prepared scenario. Terrain, figures,
and scenario setup and victory conditions will be provided.
You will need to be competent in the rules system used.
