Vendors

This is our preliminary information, to aid vendors with planning. Our vendors fee of $30 guarnatees two tables (4' by 6'), and one full admission to the convention. We also offer advertising space both on the website, and in our convention booklet.

Convention booklet advertising should be 300dpi, approximately 5" width by 4" height, in any common image format (contact us if you have questions.) Website advertising should be either GIF, JPG, or PNG, 468 x 60. (IAB Full Banner)

Depending on space limitations, we may be able to offer more tables per vendor.
